Let's come together for this lovely weekend retreat in the new born Lebanese village Bkerzay in The Chouf Mountains. We will be doing sunrise and sunset yoga (yin & vinyasa), meditation, pranayama, hiking in Baakline forest, swimming in the infinity pool, mandala painting, sharing & caring.. We can arrive anytime on friday , 1 September, giving time for those who want to have a family lunch for Adha, and will start retreat with a yoga class in the evening. The retreat will end on Sunday afternoon. The investment for this retreat is 180$ includes all activities and a beautiful mandala to take back home with you, 2 nights in a shared double room, and 2 breakfasts at the Hussein Hadid restaurant.
