I was born in a beautiful village in the mountains of North Lebanon. Till this day I'd have to say that #mountain food will always be my favourite food. This particular simple dish is full of flavour and very easy to prepare. Sautéed cabbage with onion and cracked wheat or, as we the mountain people used to call it, Madfouni or Makmoura can be eaten hot or cold. It also makes a great sandwich using flat or #saj bread.
