I love having such an abundant variety of leftovers in my fridge. It’s like Christmas time for me. Putting a platter together is like hanging all the ornaments on the Christmas tree. Slowly it all comes together. Magically it all fits in right in front of your eyes. Just like the Christmas tree, none of these platters are ever the same and yet the feeling of accomplishment is always very satisfying. Hope you’re all having a wonderful week so far.
