3 small avocados
1 medium red onion
3 tbsp of chopped parsley
1 chopped medium tomato (optional)
1/2 tsp of minced garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Pinch of salt
Method🌸
-Mash the avocados with a fork or using a wooden garlic grinder until very smooth
-Add the other ingredients and mix well
-Place one avocado pit in the bowl to prevent the dip from darkening
