I serve it with a side of Naan bread and Biryani Rice which the recipe was posted previously🌸 Ingredients🌸 1.5 kg of boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup of cooking oil 1 large onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp of grated fresh ginger 1/2 cup of unsalted butter 150 ml or 6 tbsp of tomato paste 1 1/2 tbsp of curry powder 1 1/2 tsp of ground cumin 1/2 tsp of ground coriander 1 tbsp of sweet paprika 1/2 tsp of chili powder(optional) 470 ml or 2 cups of cooking cream Method🌸 -Cut the chicken breasts into medium to small cubes and set aside -In a large cooking pot and on a medium heat, add the oil and the onions and cook until they become pale -Add the garlic and the ginger and cook for around 2 mins -Add the butter and let it melt completely before adding the tomato paste and cooking for around 5 minutes -Add all the spices and salt and mix well -Add the chicken cubes and fry until the chicken in half cooked -Add the cooking cream, mix well, cover and let the chicken cook completly on a low heat for around 20-30 minutes Bon Appetit🌸 #thecookette #montreal #canada #lebanese #lebanon #foodie #foodblogger #foodphotography #photography #delicious #like #share #follow #foodblogs #foodielife #eat #eats #laval #butterchicken #chicken #indian #pakistan #pakistani #spicyfood #curry #dinner
