For this french sauce recipe, there is a simple Rule:
For every cup of milk you need a tbsp of butter and a tbps of flour.
Ingredients🌸
3 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of flour
3 cups of milk
A pinch of ground nutmeg
Salt to taste
Method🌸
-In a saucepan, melt the butter then add the flour and stir constantly until it's all incorporated
-Add the milk, salt and nutmeg while stir stirring
-Keep stirring on a medium heat until it thickens and boils
