Beans stir fry #لوبية بزيت would have to be one of my favourite vegetarian dishes. I miss the days my brother and I would sit patiently around the kitchen table watching Ouma cook this meal. The best part of it was when she'd first sauté the onions in olive oil. My brother and I would have a piece of bread each waiting for mum to give us the go ahead to dip our bread in the sizzling hot onions and oil. Ahhh the simplicity of it all tasted so good. I'm sure mothers have a secret ingredient they add to the meals they cook making everything taste delicious.
