A dish that's rich in flavour, tradition and memories. Mumma used to make this dish on special occasions and shd would make a pit large enough to feed half the village. Well my Uncles, aunties and cousins were literally half the village. There was always enough for whoever decided to drop in and mumma would not let them leave before eating a zucchini or two, along with some of those lemon and spice infused vine leaves.
